Initial Narrative     VICTIM WAS A PASSENGER ON THE ATV WHICH WAS TRAVELING ON ARKANAS AVE. THE ATV WAS DRIVEN ACROSS RUTS IN THE PAVEMENT CAUSING THE VICTIM TO FALL OFF AND ONTO THE ROADWAY. VICTIM WAS PROUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JEFF BARFIELD. DRIVER DUSTIN LEA SPRAY 05/18/1996 202 S. ARKANSAS ST. DIERKS AR WAS NOT INJURED.
