Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 440 IN THE FAR LEFT LANE. THE DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL AS IT CROSSED OVER THE MIDDLE AND RIGHT LANE RESPECTIVELY. V1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER ON THE RIGHT THROWING THE DRIVER OVER THE SID OF THE OVERPASS.
