Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES. V-1 STRUCK V-2 HEAD ON. V-1 DRIVER WAS EJECTED. V-2 DRIVER WAS TRAPPED IN THE VEHICLE AND HAD TO BE EXTRICATED. V-1 DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE SHE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD.
