Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 65, STOPPED IN THE LEFT TURN LANE. V2 WAS NORTH ON HIGHWAY 65, CAME AROUND A CURVE AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE. V2 STRUCK V1 HEAD ON. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER OF V2 WERE PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY VAN BUREN DEPUTY CORONER JOE TSOSIE.
