Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF HWY 63. V-1 TRIED TO AVOID HIM BUT THE PEDESTRIAN STEPPED OUT IN FRONT OF V-1 HITTING THE PEDESTRIAN. THE DRIVER OF THE CAB WAS NOT INJURED.
