V1 STRUCK THE DEER AND STARTED SPINNING COUNTER CLOCKWISE. V1 RAN OFF THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD AND OVER TURNED. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY GRANT COUNTY CORONER MICHAEL WALTON.
