Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN RAN FROM APARTMENT COMPLEX AT 3357 HWY 270 EAST, SAT DOWN IN THE EAST BOUND TRAFFIC LANE. PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK BY AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE. AND DRAGGED APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET FROM THE POINT OF IMPACT. ACCIDENT UNDER INVESTIGATION.
