Initial Narrative     V2 WAS TRAVELING ON I-30 EB IN THE NUMBER TWO TRAFFIC LANE. V1 WAS TRAVELING DIRECTLY BEHIND V2. V2 CAME TO A STOP DUE TO TRAFFIC STOPPED IN FRONT OF HIM. V1 DID NOT STOP AND COLLIDED WITH THE REAR OF V2'S TRAILER. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON THE SCENE.
