Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS STOPPED IN THE SLOW LANE ON INTERSTATE 55 NB 1MM. V-2 WAS TRAVELING NB ON INTERSTATE 55 AND REAR ENDED V-1 CAUSING V-1 TO CATCH FIRE AND COME TO REST ON THE GUARD RAIL. MR BROOKS WAS PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE BY LARRY WOLFE AT 10:30 P.M.
