Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 9. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V-1 TRAVELED INTO THE DITCH AND IMPACTED THE EMBANKMENT WITH THE FRONT OF V-1. V-1 OVERTURNED ONTO THE PASSENGER SIDE. V-1 THEN CAUGHT FIRE AND WAS FULLY ENGULFED. THE OPERATOR OF V-1 WAS FOUND DECEASED OUTSIDE OF V-1 NEAR THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE.
