Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS STALLED IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF HWY 9. THE DRIVER (WILLIAMS) GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS STANDING IN BETWEEN THE TRUCK AND THE DRIVER'S DOOR WHILE TRYING TO PUSH AND STEER THE VEHICLE. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE. V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 9 AND STRUCK V-1 IN THE DRIVER'S DOOR. WILLIAMS WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. THE DRIVER OF V-2 THOMAS PATE DOB/11/16/53 OF CLINTON AR WAS NOT INJURED.
