Initial Narrative     V-1 CROSSED THE NORTHBOUND LANE & EXITED THE ROAD ON THE EAST SHOULDER THEN STRUCK A CULVERT. THE VEHICLE THEN OVERTURNED, EJECTING THE DRIVER, THE VEHICLE THEN LANDED ON TOP OF THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD.
