Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HIGHWAY 5 APPROACHING PERIWINKLE ROAD. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE TO THE LEFT AND RAN OFF THE NORTH ROADSIDE. V1 STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND THE OPERATOR WAS THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY GARLAND COUNTY CORONER NEIGHBORS.
