Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 10. V2 WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO PHILLIPS RD. V1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO PASS V2. IMPACT OCCURRED AT THE INTERSECTION OF S.H. 10 AND PHILLIPS RD. THE IMPACT FORCED V1 OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY DOWN AN EMBANKMENT WHERE IT CAME TO FINAL REST. V2 CONTINUED TURNING ONTO PHILLIPS RD. AND STOPPED.
