Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON HIGHWAY 21 ATTEMPTING TO PASS ANOTHER VEHICLE IN A CURVE. V1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND THEN A CULVERT. V1 THEN WENT AIRBORNE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE.
