Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 5 WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL. THE VEHICLE TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY IN A CURVE STRUCK A UTILITY POLE AND STRUCK A TREE.
