Initial Narrative     V1 WAS DRIVING NORTH ON INTERSTATE 540 IN THE LEFT TRAFFIC LANE. V-2 WAS ALSO NORTH ON INTERSTATE 540 BEHIND V-1. V-1'S REAR AND V-2'S FRONT COLLIDED. V-1 LOST CONTROL AND EXITED OFF THE RIGHT SHOULDER AND CAME TO REST ON IT'S TOP FACING SOUTH. V-2 PULLED TO THE RIGHT SHOULDER.
