Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 367. V2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 367. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND HIT THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE TRAILER AND THEN WENT UNDER THE TRAILER. DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED AND HE USED HIS SEAT BELT: CHESTER WAYNE BRANNON, DOB 02/26/49, RESIDENCE 7200 TADPOLE ROAD, JACKSONVILLE.
