Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 36 TOWING A PASSENGER CAR. WHILE TOWING THE VEHICLE THE TOW CHAIN CAME OFF WHICH CAUSED V1 TO LOSE CONTROL AND RUN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE NORTH BEFORE OVERTURNING AND EJECTING THE DRIVER.
