Initial Narrative     V1 (DUBACH) WAS ATTEMPTING TO ENTER SH 49 FROM A PARKING LOT AND WAS STRUCK IN THE RIGHT REAR DOOR BY V2 (FULCHER). DR V1 (DUBACH) WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY EARNEST LARRY PHILLIPS COUNTY CORONER. DRIVER OF V2 WAS WILL FULCHER DOB 03-22-60 AND LIVES IN WEST HELENA AR.
