Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING 440EB AT THE HIGHWAY 67 SPLIT WHEN V1 DRIFTED INTO THE LEFT LANE STRUCK A CONCRETE BARRIER AND FLIPPED ONTO ITS LEFT SIDE. V1 CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN AND LEFT LANE OF 440EB. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS ENTRAPPED IN THE CAB AND WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER.
