Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON SH 23 AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT CURVE. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. V1 STRUCK A TREE AND CAME TO REST. THE EXACT TIME OF THE ACCIDENT IS UNKNOWN AND IT WAS NOT WITNESSED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER WAS REPORTED MISSING ON 06/18/16.
