Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 22 IN NEW BLAINE ON LITTLE SHOAL CREEK BRIDGE I NOTICED SKID MARKS ON THE ROAD WAY WHERE V1 WENT ACROSS THE YELLOW LINE INTO THE OPPOSITE LANE AND COLLIDED INTO THE BRIDGE RAILING CAUSING THE DRIVER OF V1 TO BE EJECTED FROM V1.
