Initial Narrative     V-2 CROSSED THE MEDIAN AND ENTERED THE WEST BOUND LANE. V-2 THEN COLLIDED WITH V-1 HEAD-ON. AFTER THE COLLISION BOTH VEHICLES CAUGHT FIRE. WITNESSES PULLED BOTH DRIVERS FROM THEIR VEHICLES.
