Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT HAND CURVE AND LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE THEN STRUCK A TREE BEFORE COMING TO REST. THE PASSENGER (PAUL) WAS KILLED AS A RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT.
