Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 7 WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE WHICH STRUCK A BRIDGE RAILING. AFTER THE IMPACT THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
