Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING NORTHBOUND OFF OF THE ROADWAY ON HAZEL STREET. V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HAZEL STREET WHEN IT LOST CONTROL AND EXITED THE ROADWAY STRIKING THE VICTIM AND FLED THE SCENE.
