Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND WHEN IT HYDROPLANED AND BEGAN TO SKID ACROSS ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC. VEHICLE 1 SLIDE DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF VEHICLE 2. VEHICLE 2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH IN THE OUTSIDE SOUTHBOUND LANE. THE PASSENGER'S SIDE OF VEHICLE 1 COLLIDED WITH THE FRONT OF VEHICLE 2.
