Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 278 IN A 2015 FORD F250 PICKUP PULLING A CAMPER. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT-HAND TURN WHEN THE VEHICLE CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE LEFT-HAND SIDE. THE CAMPER OVERTURNED CAUSING THE TRUCK TO OVERTURN AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY HOWARD COUNTY CORONER MATT SMITH AT 4:45 PM.
