Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 530 APPROACHING MILE MARKER 35. V1 WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL VEERING TO THE RIGHT AND ONTO THE WEST SHOULDER WHERE IT STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL FACE WITH THE FRONT BUMPER. V1 THEN OVERTURNED AND ROTATED 180 DEGREES LANDING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
