Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 129. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND CROSSED THE NORTHBOUND LANE AND TRAVELED ALONG THE NORTHBOUND SHOULDER AND ROADSIDE AND STRUCK A TREE. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY UNION COUNTY CORONER CURTIS BUTTERFIELD AT 1:30PM.
