Initial Narrative     V1 WAS STOPPED ON CORE ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 22 FACING SOUTH. THE OPERATOR OF V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 22 NEAR THE INTERSECTION WITH CORE ROAD. V1 ATTEMPTED TO TURN LEFT ONTO HIGHWAY 22 TO TRAVEL EAST WHEN V2 STRUCK V1 HEAD ON. V1 AND V2 WRE DISABLED ON STATE HIGHWAY 22 BLOCKING THE WESTBOUND LANE AND PARTIALLY BLOCKING THE INSIDE EASTBOUND LANE.
