Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON US 70 WEST RAN OFF THE NORTH SHOULDER STRUCK THE GUARD RAIL AND FLIPPED OVER IN A DITCH. V1 LANDED UPSIDE DOWN ON ITS ROOF. GARLAND COUNTY CORONER STUART SMEDLEY PRONOUNCED THE VICTIM THE SCENE AT 9:50P.M.
