Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE WHEN SHE RAN OFF THE EASTBOUND SIDE OF HWY, OVERCORRECTED AND CROSSED BACK OVER BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC, SHE THEN RAN OFF THE WESTBOUND SIDE OF THE HWY, WHERE THE VEHICLE THEN STRUCK A TREE.
