Initial Narrative     V1 MADE A LEFT TURN (WEST) ONTO STATE HIGHWAY 18 FROM STATE HIGHWAY 135. V2 WAS EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 18 IN THE LEFT(PASSING) LANE. V1 FAILED TO YIELD TO V2. V1 WAS STRUCK IN THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AREA. AFTER IMPACT BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE HIGHWAY 18.
