Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 40 IN THE INSIDE TRAFFIC LANE. V2 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 40 IN THE OUTSIDE TRAFFIC LANE. V2 CHANGED LANES TO THE INSIDE LANE AND STRUCK THE REAR OF V1. BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST ON THE MEDIAN.
