Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 9. V1'S DRIVER LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OVERTURNING THE MOTORCYCLE ON ITS LEFT SIDE. V1 CONTINUED SOUTH IN THE DITCH OVERTURNING AND STRIKING A CONCRETE CULVERT.
