Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 21 NEGOTIATING A CURVE. DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND V1 WENT OFF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A DITCH. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE NEWTON COUNTY CORONER.
