Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 70 AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AT SCENIC RIDGE RD. V1 LEFT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND WENT INTO THE DITCH. UPON ENTERING THE DITCH IT BEGAN TO ROLL OVER MULTIPLE TIMES. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON ITS TOP FACING SOUTH.
