Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HWY 161 8725 BLOCK WHEN SHE APPARENTLY DROVE OFF TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY CROSSING THE SOUTH BOUND LANE AND STRUCK A TREE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY PULASKI COUNTY CORONER AT APPROXIMATELY 2:05 PM.
