Initial Narrative     V2 WAS NORTH BOUND ON HWY 23 WHEN HE BEGAN A LEFT HAND TURN ONTO CR 102. V1 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON HWY 23 NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND CURVE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V1 STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE OF V2 AS V2 WAS TURNING. AFTER IMPACT ROLLED TO A STOP ON CR 102. THE DRIVER OF V1 CAME OFF HIS MOTORCYCLE AND LANDED JUST OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V1 TRAVELED FURTHER OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST.
