Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO PICKERING AVE. DRIVER BEGAN TO MAKE THE TURN PRIOR TO THE DESIGNATED PORTION OF THE INTERSECTION. DRIVER OF V-1 CUT ACROSS THE WESTBOUND LANES AND FAILED TO YIELD TO V-2, WHICH WAS WESTBOUND. DRIVER OF V-1, WHO WAS NOT INJURED, WAS BRENDA VO DOB/072164 OF MENA.
