Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 59. OPERATOR WILKINS WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROAD-WAY ONTO THE EAST SHOULDER CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE GUARD RAIL. WILKINS WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY BENTON COUNTY CORONER.
