Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON COON CREEK LANE. MR NAIL LOST CONTROL LEAVING THE ROADWAY ON THE WEST SIDE. V1 WENT INTO THE DITCH AND CAME TO FINAL REST AGAINIST A TREE. THE DRIVER WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE.
