Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON HIGHWAY 27. V-1 DROVE RIGHT OFF THE ROADWAY STRIKING A DRIVEWAY. V-1 THEN OVERTURNED AND EJECTED THE DRIVER. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE ACCIDENT SCENE BY YELL COUNTY CORONER DONNA WELLS.
