Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELLING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND LOST CONTROL. V1 RAN OFF WEST SIDE OF HIGHWAY, ROTATED, CROSSED OVER NORTHBOUND LANES, AND STRUCK A TREE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER KURT BEESON.
