Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON 6TH STREET IN LITTLE ROCK. PEDESTRIANS MR. AND MRS. DORSEY WERE STRUCK BY V1 WHILE CROSSING 6TH STREET. MRS. DORSEY WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. MR. DORSEY WAS TRANSPORTED TO ST. VINCENTS ER WHERE HE DIED OF HIS INJURIES. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED AND HE WORE HIS SEAT BELT: JAMES HATCH 12/04/45, 700 EAST 9TH APT 7K, LITTLE ROCK.
