Initial Narrative     V1'S RIGHT FRONT TIRE DROPPED OFF THE ROADWAY, SUBJ UNABLE TO GET BACK ONTO THE ROAD. VEH-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ONTO THE SHOULDER, HIT CULVERT AND WENT AIRBORNE, FLIPPING AND ROLLING, EJECTING THE VICTIM OUT THE BACK WINDOW, WITH THE VEHICLE COMING TO REST ON THE VICTIM.
