Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 79 IN THE OUTSIDE TRAFFIC LANE. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL AND WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY INTO THE MEDIAN AND STRUCK A CULVERT. THEN V1 GOT BACK ONTO THE ROADWAY AND CROSSED OVER HIGHWAY 79 INTO THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH AND STRUCK A SMALL TREE.
