Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON CAMP ROBINSON ATTEMPTING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO ALLEN ST. V-2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON CAMP ROBINSON. ACCORDING TO DRIVER OF V-1 AND WITNESSES V-1 HAD THE GREEN ARROW TO MAKE A LEFT TURN AND V-2 RAN THE RED LIGHT. V-2 WAS STRUCK IN THE LEFT SIDE BY V-1. OTHER THAN THE LAST NAME BROWN NLRPD DID NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON THE UNINJURED DRIVER OF V-1.
